Make it shine! To clean and polish a stainless steel sink, make a paste of baking soda and table salt (equal parts) and add water. After applying to the sink, rinse and wipe dry.

Eliminate shower stains and mildew by spraying or dousing area with white vinegar. Let it soak for a few minutes, then scrub with a stiff brush.

When cleaning, start from the top and work your way down. Always wipe down counters BEFORE sweeping with an indoor broom to make sure you get everything the first time around.

Before using a Counter Scrubber on your counter or stove, let the cleaning solution sit for about 5 minutes. The stuck-on mess will come off much easier!

An easy way to keep from spreading bacteria from room to room is to color-code your cleaning tools. Use yellow Sponge Cloths for the toilet, blue scrubbers for the kitchen, and yellow and green Scrunges® for the shower!
