- Is my mop refill machine washable?
A: The sponge mop refills are not machine washable. We recommend you rinse your sponge mop head thoroughly between each use.
Please use the following instructions when machine washing your Every-Which-Way®, Hardwood Floor 'N More®, UltraMax™, Microfiber Performer™ and Microfiber Flip Mop™ flat/dust mop refills and Pro Twist®, Pro Wring® and Light 'N Thirsty® string/cloth mop refills:
Machine wash separately in a laundry bag. Use regular laundry detergent with warm water at regular cycle. Do not use fabric softener. Hang or lay flat to air dry.
- How do I store my mop?
A: Store your mop away from extreme temperatures or extreme humidity. Please use provided end cap to keep the mop head off the floor. Do not store the mop in its wringing position.
- Which products are safe to use on my hardwood floors?
A: We recommend the following products for cleaning hardwood/laminate floors:
Wood-Matic™ Sponge Roller Mop,
Hardwood Floor ‘N More® Dust Mop,
Microfiber Performer™ Dust Mop, Microfiber Flip Mop™,
Every-Which-Way® Dust Mop, and
UltraMax™ Flat Mop System.

- How do I wring the PowerScrub® Erasing Mop?
A: Make sure to wet the sponge first, then push down on the green gripper while holding the mop handle.
- How do I wring out my Pro Wring™ mop?
A: Push the wringer cone down over the strands of the mop. Twist the wringer even further until the water is completely expelled.
- How do I wring out my Pro Scrub™ sponge roller mop?
A: Make sure to wet the sponge first, then pull the wringer handle up towards you.
- How do I lock my telescopic handle?
A: Extend the handle just short of its longest point. Twist the yellow/red side to the right to lock it in place.
- Is Scrunge® safe on non-stick cookware?
A: Yes. Scrunge® is certified and recommended by DuPont® for use on Teflon® coated cookware. If you are not sure if your cookware is Teflon® coated, we recommend testing the scrubber on an inconspicuous area before using.
- Is Scrunge® safe to use on marble, porcelain, stainless steel, granite, etc.?
A: Yes, but always test in an inconspicuous area before using on delicate surfaces.
- Can I sanitize my Scrunge® in the microwave?
A: No, we recommend sanitizing Scrunge® products in the dishwasher.
- Does the 10 Year Limited Guarantee on Roll-O-Matic® sponge mops include the sponge?
A: No, the guarantee excludes the sponge. The sponge is replaceable and refills are available locally in the United States. See
